The Brooks Note 2023 Rose of Pinot Noir has a crisp entry with lingering flavors of strawberry, white peach and citrus.  It has a beautiful berry and citrus finish.  It was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep just a hint more of its floral character. 440 Cases Produced
